What is Crossfit Endurance?
Crossfit Endurance gives a unique opportunity for endurance athletes to learn another significant way to effectively train for any event they wish to compete in. This program provides athletes to have a life outside of training.  unlike most other endurance programs that require a high demand of volume.  It brings to light the reality of Long Slow Distance/Oxidative training and why it is ineffective and extremely unhealthy.
  • Learn how to run efficiently with correct posture to minimize injury.
  • Train for performance with our strength and conditioning program.
  • Understand your nutrition and how to eat for wellness and performance.
  • Increase your performance and set new personal records.

We are not like most programs.  We want you to train smarter, be stronger and faster.  The strength and conditioning program we provide will give you the power you need to perform during your race.  The anerobic conditioning will help you endure and allow you to maintain pace while having fun doing your favorite sport.
