each lap should be done at 85% plus effort.
Total of 2 miles.

Today I did 15 squats,10 kettle swings,10 sit ups, 5 rounds uggg that sux ;) lol but I did it !!!!! Yay
The row was nice!!! Wow...on interval 6 i was praying for death! jk...i think
