After work special

Today was a nice strength and conditioning comeback!
Thrusters
5 sets of 5 reps
Increase weight each and get a good rest in between each set.

Now go all out with
4 Rounds of
40 skips or 20 double unders
30 squats
20 push ups
10 Turkish get ups 5 on each arm
