Rest day

Today REST...u deserve it!

Sunday I will be turning 34....woa! lol I will be celebrating with a WOD at the park...if you would like to participate please email to confirm your attendance so I can make sure to have enough equipment available.  The workout will be posted Sunday and as long as weather is permitting we will begin at noon.
