So, sir, I didn't like it...
Just kidding. Took me a bit of time on account being sore from the rockin da bells. I sure hope Saturday is an off day. Running a Valentines 5K, cause apparently, I heart sore legs.

My trusty old feet brought me in at 33:30, a few over my 8 min mile goal. All the same, not bad for the first 5K in a long time.

I should be better at the ST Patty's day one, if I make it back from SC in time for it.

YES SIR! You will see that the deadlift will bring back some pep in your step, your times will decrease and you will feel the difference.
